Site: Dabblers Marsh, Fernhill Wetlands

General directions: South out of Forest Grove on Hwy 47, then south on Fernhill Road 1/10th mile. Parking lot on left.

Specific directions: Dabbler Marsh is on the northeast corner. Walk 2/10 of a mile east from the parking area on gravel diked road. Prefers quiet backwaters and marsh, but can be found on other ponds there occasionally. Listen for squeaky, rubber-ducky call.

Season: year-round, best spring-fall.
