Trip summary from Tom Snetsinger: The ride was a bit rough with swells that were spaced very closely, but we did have a nice trip with all of the expected species putting in a good showing. Superb numbers of Sabine's Gulls in really excellent light and showing nearly their full spectrum of plumages was a real treat! There were a few species that were only seen poorly and by a handful of participants.

Pacific Loon 1
Black-footed Albatross 4
Northern Fulmar 80
Pink-footed Shearwater 80
Buller's Shearwater 4

Leach's Storm-Petrel 1 (seen by few; had an anomalous all dark rump, but flight style and overall shape eliminated any of the 'likely' rarities and was not inconsistent with the more-expected Leach's SP)
