Perpetua Bank and deep water
12-hours from Newport Oregon aboard Surfrider of Seagull Charters. Yaquina Bay, along shore north 5 miles to Yaquina Head then offshore Newport, Lincoln Co., Oregon offshore 35 miles to Perpetua Bank where we met up with the processor ship "Ocean Rover" out of Seattle. From there out to 50 miles (but few birds).

Light winds, 8 foot swells along shore, virtually flat offshore.
